Well-being & Safety – COVID19

The safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues is our top priority, and we have implemented new hygiene procedures above and beyond our standard protocols, as well as social distancing measures in line with government and public health advice.

At the Holiday Inn London Gatwick Worth we have installed the following changes to keep everyone safe:

  • Sanitizer stations at the entrance and throughout the hotel
  • Social distancing signs and floor markers
  • Protective screens at reception and Brasserie
  • PPE in place for our staff where required

We have also implemented changes as to how we continue to offer a high standard of food and beverage services in the hotel, with pre-booking tables to limit the number of guests dining at one time, social distancing measures in place in our brasserie and offering complimentary room service during this time.

IHG Clean Promise will roll out globally in our hotels. It will become a global brand standard, demonstrating IHG’s dedication to the updated measures and a clean stay.

In addition to IHG’s existing relationships with Ecolab and Diversey, IHG is now partnering with Cleveland Clinic to expand the IHG Way of Clean program with new science-led protocols and service measures.

These additional measures build on our existing best-in-class approach to cleanliness to help your travellers feel safe. It will be an ongoing conversation as IHG continues to work closely with Cleveland Clinic and other partners to understand best practices and define solutions that meet the new health and safety expectations brought on by Covid-19.
