For a Unique Event
Choosing a Self-catered event makes your day more unique and personal. Our Chef's are excellent, but we understand that you may wish for your own catering team. Our self-catering package allows you to do just that. We have a range of brand new event suites to choose from, accommodating up to 280 guests in our Sussex Suite.

Self Catering Package Inclusions
● Room Hire –9am – 12am ● Exclusive use of banquet kitchen for registered caterers ● Tables & Chairs ● Dance floor ● White linen tablecloth & napkins ● Crockery, cutlery and glassware ● Corkage for soft drink, wine and beer ● Two bar staff to serve your guest drinks and supervise the bar – Up to 6 Hours ● One Food & Beverage ● Supervisor to oversee the event ● One Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the external catering team – does not include staff serving food or cleaning the room ● Complimentary car parking for all day guest ● One complimentary overnight stay in● Executive room with breakfast ● Preferential bedroom rates for your guests
